Shipping and Delivery Terms

Delivery 

By placing an order on our website. you acknowledge that our shipping method is Royal Mail or UPS.

Dispatch

We dispatch goods Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and aim to deliver within 1-3 days. We will do our best to get your order to you within this time frame but cannot guarantee this during busy periods.

Delivery Notification

On dispatch of your order, we will send a text or email giving the expected delivery date. 

Lost or Missing Parcel

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to to the parcel once it has been dispatched and is in the possession of the couriers. If the parcel goes missing due to circumstances beyond our control after dispatch, we are not liable for replacement or refund.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of war
